Every bag is carefully inspected before dispatch and protectively packaged so it reaches you in perfect condition.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
